Without the help of numerous posters mentioned in the credits section, this would not have been possible. This thread continues to be a work in progress, and I also continue to accept contributions, addition suggestions, corrections, and general comments. The current B.Net copy of the tread can be found here. It had been viewed almost 250 thousand times (if I recall correctly) by the time the Gameplay Discussion forum was closed down, so I hope it made some sort of difference. This post was originally made on the D2GpD as an attempt to reduce the endless flow of useless questions that were asked there every day.
